Please note that we do need to know in advance whether guests require twin beds or if a sofa bed is required (for sofa bed there is an additional £20 per day charge).

CANCELLATION POLICY: No charge if cancellation is a full 24 hours before check-in day. Less than 24 hours then one night's stay will be charged.
