Starters
Parma ham and melon
Smoked trout, horseradish and dill mousse
Duck liver, orange and Grand Marnier pâté

Mains
Pasta salad with rocket pesto, baby plum tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and pine nuts
Cold poached salmon with aioli, couscous and watercress salad
Roast chicken salad with four beans and lemon dressing

Picnic baskets include one of each from the above Starters and Mains. This is per person. Fresh baked bread, a selection of mini desserts, a cheese plate, a bottle of water and a bottle of either Red or White wine is also included.
