Starters
Charcouterie platter with olives and feta cheese stuffed baby peppers
Roast tomato and garlic soup with crème fraiche and basil
Smoked trout, horseradish and dill mousse with soda bread

Mains
Poached salmon with pomegranate couscous, watercress and radish salad
Grilled lamb cutlets with sauté aubergines, baby plum tomatoes, olives and fresh mint oil
Spinach, pine nuts and sultana tortellini with goat cheese and caramelised shallots
