Roast turkey crown stuffed with Stilton and roast chestnuts served with château potatoes, bashed carrots and swede, winter greens and red wine jus
Roast rib of beef with pomme puree, buttered Savoy cabbage, roast carrots and Bourguignon sauce
Pan fried black bream fillet with celeriac slaw, pea puree and crispy salsify
